The organizing team of BABOLAT FRENCH INTERNATIONAL BORDERS is delighted to welcome you for its sixth edition!
Your players are scheduled 45 minutes before their first match (and 30 minutes before, for the first rotation of the day). Remember to consult the schedule until the last day before the competition because they will be adjusted as efficiently as possible depending on possible withdrawals.

Catering and payment of registrations.
Food stands will be available with hot and cold drinks and dishes.
There are three refreshment stands, one per location, and each uses a specific color code for its tickets. Tickets can only be refunded at the refreshment stand where they were purchased, corresponding to their color. No refunds can be made at another refreshment stand or at the main hall in Schiltigheim.

Competition venues and schedules.
U15 and Mixed for all and final stage on sunday for all: Complex Sportif Nelson MANDELA - 11 courts - 2 rue du Marais - 67370 SCHILTIGHEIM, Used for 3 days: Hall available on Friday 30 January for warm-up from 10.00.
Friday 30 Jan.: Coach meeting 11.00 a.m., followed by 11.30 a.m. to 07.00 p.m., All mixed U11/ U13 / U15. Followed by mixed prize-giving ceremonies. Saturday 31 Jan. from 08.30 a.m. to 09.30 p.m.: Start of singles and doubles U15 Boys and Girls. Then start of doubles U15.Sunday 1st Feb. from 9.00 a.m. to 02.30 p.m. End of singles and doubles (at first all the semi-finals followed by all the finals). U11 / U13 / U15. Included prize-giving ceremonies.U13 single and double group matches, up to ¼ of finals included: Branko Karabatic and Specific Hall - 12 courts - 212 route de la Wantzenau - 67000 STRASBOURG (FRANCE).
Used only on Saturday 31 Jan. from 08.30 a.m. to 07:15 p.m. For the start of singles boys U13 (at the start of the match only in the Karabatic Hall), and singles girls U13 (at the start of the match only in the Specific Hall). Then start of doubles U13.U11 single and double group matches, up to ¼ finals included: Herrade Hall – 7 courts – 43 allée des Comtes – 67200 STRASBOURG (FRANCE).
Used only on Saturday 31 Jan. from 08.30 a.m. to 06.30.pm. For the start of the boys and girls singles U11. Then start of doubles U11.Badminton Shuttlescocks
Players must only play with “BABOLAT 2” shuttlecocks which will be sold in the halls. They will be provided for each match according to the category: 2 for U11 and U13, 4 for U15.
Number of qualified
In all single series, 1 qualified by group of 3, and 2 qualified by group of 4. Also in U11 girls double and U11 mixed.
Entering match results
All match scores will be entered on a ScorBad tablet available in each hall. Both players must be present on the tablet to enter the score. In the event of a disagreement, both players must come to the score table to request a change in the score.
The loser of a match will automatically and immediately score the next match on the same court, or he will find a substitute.

Miscellaneous items.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: In order to avoid cluttering the stands, a luggage storage area is available for you to leave your belongings throughout the competition. The organizers and the Grand Est Badminton League accept no responsibility for loss or theft, whether in the gymnasium or in the luggage storage area.
Access to and organization of the luggage storage area will be managed using wristbands issued at the entrance to the luggage storage area, located in the warm-up room. The wristband will determine the area in which you can store your bags.
As indicated in the invitation and the special rules, the U11 will play on normal court (FFBaD exemption)

A stringing stand will be available at the Nelson Mandela Sports Complex. Physiotherapists will also be available in this hall. There will also be a permanently accessible warm-up hall.

Restauration et règlement des inscriptions
Des buvettes seront disponibles avec des boissons et des plats chauds et froids.
Il y a trois buvettes, une par lieu, et chacune utilise un code couleur spécifique pour ses tickets. Les tickets ne peuvent être remboursés que dans la buvette où ils ont été achetés, correspondant à leur couleur. Aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué dans une autre buvette, ni à la salle principale de Schiltigheim.

Vendredi 30/01 : Coach meeting 11h00, puis 11h30/19h00, intégralité du mixte U11/ U13 / U15 Suivi de la remise des prix du mixte.Samedi 31/01 : 08h30 jusqu’à 21h30, début des simples et doubles U15 garçons et filles. Puis début des doubles U15Dimanche 01/02 : 09h00/14h30. Fin des simples et doubles (D’abord, toutes les demi-finales, puis toutes les finales). U11 / U13 / U15. Utilisée uniquement le samedi 31/01 de 08h30 à 19h15. Pour le début des simples U13 garçons (matchs de poule uniquement dans la salle Karabatic) et des simples U13 filles (matchs de poule uniquement dans la salle Permanente). Puis début des doubles U13.U11 matchs de poule en simple et double jusqu’au ¼ inclus : Salle Herrade – 7 terrains : 43 allée des Comtes – 67200 STRASBOURG (FRANCE)
Utilisé uniquement samedi 31/01 de 08h30 à 18h30. Pour le début des simples garçons et filles U11. Puis début des doubles U11Volants
Les joueurs devront jouer uniquement avec des volants « BABOLAT 2 » qui seront à la vente dans les salles. Ils seront fournis pour chaque match en fonction de la catégorie : 2 pour les U11 et U13, 4 pour les U15).
Nombre de sortants dans les poules
Dans toutes les séries de simple il y a 1 sortant par poule de 3, et 2, sortants par poule de 4. Il en sera de même en double dame U11 et en mixte U11.
Saisie des résultats des matchs
L'ensemble des scores des matchs seront saisis sur une tablette ScorBad mise à disposition dans la salle. Les deux joueurs doivent être présents à la tablette pour la saisie du score. En cas de litige, il faut que les deux joueurs viennent à la table de marque pour demander une modification du score.
Le perdant d’un match scorera automatiquement et immédiatement le match suivant sur le même court, où il se trouvera un remplaçant

Divers
BAGAGERIE : Afin de ne pas encombrer les tribunes, un espace de bagagerie est mis à votre disposition pour déposer vos affaires tout au long de la compétition. L’organisation et la Ligue Grand Est de Badminton déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de perte ou de vol, que ce soit dans l’ensemble du gymnase ou au sein de la bagagerie.
L’accès et l’organisation de la bagagerie se feront à l’aide de bracelets remis à l’entrée de la bagagerie, située dans la salle d’échauffement. Le bracelet déterminera la zone dans laquelle vous pourrez déposer vos sacs.
Comme le précise l’invitation, les U11 joueront sur grand terrain.
